[UA] Increasing the Visibility of UA and UA Cards/CRPG

Tomorrow morning I was thinking about a using a CCG as an artifact in my
upcoming campaign (I'm still toying with different ideas while I'm looking for
players).
The rough idea was how CCGs would evolved if there where created in the OU
(similar to the Pokemon thread a few months ago).
The idea was of several entropomancers dueling between them with card(that were
artifacts in UA game terminology), created by the conjunction of an unnatural
event, spending enough kind of charges, and a symbolic object related with the
event.The object is destroyed (or turns into a solid ash reproduction of the
object), and an image is transfered to a card placed in the proper place during
the "ritual".
The "duels" are like Magic or any other CCG, and you can't use any magic during
the game or you lose.The main difference is that you can retrive the charges
that were put original in the card, so the interest in collecting the cards is
not only intresting for playing the game but also as a way to gamble charges
between entropomancers (the ancient versions of this game were probably much
more like poker )
What is intresting is that some people in the OU says that you can use the
effects in the cards really not only to affect other cards, so this could make a
good deck a very powerfull artifact .I don't know if this would be real or not;
perhaps this could be used by an entropomancer to capture other kinds of magic
or random unnatural effects, but I would made it quite expensive in charges
(more expensive than normal magical artifact creation) for game balance sake
