[UA] Mundanity

Interesting, but I think that a Mundane would need to
be either an avatar (maybe The Skeptic) or Something
Different, as I think that having a mundane adept
would go beyond paradox and into the territory of
inherent contradiction, which just seems unseemly to
me.  

An interesting idea for a famous Mundane would be
James Randi, as if he exists in the earth of UA he
would either have to be part of a conspiricy to
suppress magic (obviously a sleeper) or there would be
*something* stopping some greedy adept or avatar from
collecting the million dollar prize for demonstrating
the paranormal.
