Houston maybe, or perhaps Dallas.

(scratching head) Isn't there some way we could go east to west?

Muladhara = NYC
Swadhistana = Miami
Manipuraladhara = Houston/Dallas
Anahata = Chicago
Vishudda = Los Angeles
Anja = San Francisco
Sahasrara = Seattle

Yeah, it does clump three chakras on the west coast, and it robs the
Sahasrara of a nice symbolic point like Washington D.C., but I kinda like
the interpretation this way.
