[UA] Fantasy/UA crossover

Actually, I could see potential with this.  Each race has
its own clergy.  However, many races have their own
Sleepers to keep this knowledge minimal.  

Except the kobolds.  The kobolds believe in letting all
kobolds know so that they have a better chance of filling
their 333.  As a result, they are viewed as crazy by other
races.  The kobolds are the silly race with a stupid
religion.  Sleepers help with this by spreading
disinformation that kobolds eat babies.  Kobolds become the
most hated race.

But then the PCs come across a lunatic dwarf ranting about
how the dwarves are too closed minded to fill the 333. 
Eventually, they discover an elf who talks about the 333.

And yes, even the humans have a number of members who
believe in the Invisible Clergy.  And human sleepers are
the most dangerous of them all.
