The Limo was the last creation of a Mechanomancer, designed to serve his
children for as long as they lived. An unscrupulous Fleshworker, upon
discovering this, used a Major charge to twist those same children into a
living engine. As long as they survive, the car will run...faster than any
normal car, and somehow immune to the attentions of the police. All of that
concentrated innocence under the hood; the cops would never feel any
suspicions about such a car, and would in fact be utterly unable to do so.
This same factor would make it difficult to track the rider magickly, too.
Now, who's the Chauffeur? A canny mastermind would use the rider as a
catspaw, doing all of his dirty work for him. He himself would never leave
the safety of the Limo....
