My initial thought was of a limo that could drive into others
people's dreams, but that's not hugely UA-ish.
Maybe a really dark Pilgrim avatar could use it - or here's an idea:
a few years back, this nasty sorcerer was cursed by a coalition of
rival adepts. The spell they used on him said he could never touch
the living earth again, and that the very ground would reject him. He
can't walk on the ground. Any ground vehicles he uses stall.
Evil sorcerer dude eventually worked out that he can still walk on
*people*. His limo has a protective buffer of kids which protect him
from the spell. He has a couple of servants who form a living
pavement for him when he wants to walk from the limo to his house.
Inside his house, he's got a web of robes, slings and pulleys to get
around without setting foot on the ground. (Ok, I'm getting
derivative now...)
