[UA] Underworld

So, has anyone picked up Underworld?  And if so, has anyone
worked on a UA/Underworld mix?

I haven't read Underworld, but from what I've seen, it has
a rich background like UA and a simple rules system like
Over the Edge.  Two great tastes that taste great together!

It looks like Underworld has a lot of domains and cabals
working with and against each other.  I imagine this may
work well with the above-ground UA organizations.  Perhaps
TNI hasn't suceeded because Alex Abel cannot get the
support of the forces underground.  Hrm, do those forces
even care?  Maybe Underworld is completely separate from
the above-ground world.  Damn, I should really pick up this
game.

I like simple rules and would probably use Underworld's
rules or even just switch everything over to OtE.  However,
the madness meter and magick system would come straight
from UA.  I haven't seen anything out that which pleases me
more.  

So, my biggest question is:  Should I go out and buy
Underworld?  Assuming an affirmative answer, how easy is it
incorporate UA into Underworld (or vice-versa?).

I noticed that Underworld takes place under New York, and I
was reminded of Greg's comments about the media's focus on
NYC and LA.  Of course, in this case, it's probably because
NYC has the most developed subway system in America (let me
know if I'm wrong).  However, who's to say that there
aren't several sites under different cities connected by
obscure tunnels dug by secretive occultists?  Or even
extradimensional gates?  Maybe you just spent time under
NYC, Chicago, Rome, and Hong Kong without knowing it
because you never came up for air.
