You could. Underworld's game system might make for an interesting change of
pace from UA's, even _more_ loose and free :)

I have to say that I think UA's setting is much, much, much richer than
UW's. If you played up the mythic overtones of the meaning of the
underworld/underground as the source of magic, mystery and the domain of
the "dead" then you could certainly have for a strange game.
It would certainly be a much more "fantastic" UA game though :)

I think that there is material that can be ported back and forth between
the two games, but I wouldn't say that they fit like gloves :)
