I just did. :)

He wants to take part of the bond for a weeks unpaid rent - I was late
returning the keys - but I thinks thats fair enough.

So did I - I just fixed it with liberal application of filler, some
sandpaper and some white paint. It's actually pretty easy to fix such
things up - at least well enough that they're not obvious.

But back to UA:

I was think about Plutomancers and landlords. Lets says a plutomancer
spends a huge chunk of his cash to buy houses, and then ends up with 7
tenenets paying $100 per week. How to handle this for charge building
purposes?

Strict rules interpretation

The loses all charges for buying the property, but immediatly starts to
get them back when people pay him rent

Nice GM method

No taboo violation, since teh property is bought for the sole purpose of
makingh money - so long as the plutomancer considers it in abstract
terms, as a money making thing he own and not as a set of physical
houses.

Nasty GM method

A violation of taboo that big isn't easily forgotten. Those houses are
a non-charge zone until the Plutomancer receives enough income from them
to cover the initial purchase costs - only then will reality forgive him
enough to start providing mojo.

 - Doug (who is going to start paying his landlord daily to avoid paying
over $100 a time)
