nearly all of them. mind you, before now all the places i've lived have been
"student houses" where the landlord seems pretty relieved if you've managed
not to put your foot through a door during the year. of course, there was
that one time i *did* put my foot through a door, but i guess i can't really
complain about losing the deposit on that one...
