I've just moved house, and have been told I'll get $384 of $680 bond
back.  However the land-lord isn't returning my calls to tell me what
the money is for - If he doesn't call today I get to tell the rental
tribunal not to pay.  The whole place need renovations anyway - there
was a major water leak in the apartment above, to the point where just
before I left I was wearing a raincoat whenever I went to the toilet to
avoid the water dripping on me.
