I seem to recall Kult having very nasty rules about infection.  Not an issue
with a proper medical kit and a clean place to rest, a major problem if you're
searching through the sewers for an abomination.  I'll try to find my copy of
Kult (First Ed) and check.

Speaking of Kult, that would make a nice alternative setting for UA.  I liked
the setting, and some of the flavor text was great (especially in teh section
about advantages/disadvantages) but the system didn't look that great.  I'll
admit I never played it, but that doesn't mean I can't complain about it.  :)

My experience of heads wounds is they don't bleed much.  Almost no blood from
a 1 1/2 gash to the muscle layer, it didn't even open up durring the night and
bleed more.  Of course, that is a sample size of 1, so it isn't a very
reliable indicator.
