Coincidentally, in the upcoming STATOSPHERE sourcebook Saint-Germain 
claims to be a diplomat from a non-existent country called Magonia.

Where is his nation? "Ah, sir, the maps today, they are so confused and 
Magonia is so very small. It is of course near Freedonia."
