[UA] Another country

This thread inspires thoughts of a magickal school in me, based around the
Borges infectious universe concept.  Minor charges would be detailing the
alternate world, significants convincing others to believe in it or some
aspect of it, and majors convincing whole states or even countries of its
existence.  Spells would 'bleed' through aspects of the alternate
universe.  Would it be a different universe for each Adept, or, like
Oneiromancy and Pornomancy, would there be a single source of
inspiration?  Perhaps a book ...
