I dunno...I mean, I like the idea of him being this "eternal wanderer" type
but maybe I view him more like Uatu the Watcher or the angels from "Wings of
Desire."  Or maybe he's like the referee in the IC's celestial chess game,
there to observe and make sure folks follow the rules.  Hmm...what if the
Comte is the one who enforces the taboos of Magic?
