It is the point. I think it is a better idea to have some people from one or
another agency, using the power and the resources from his job for personal goal
(power, money, revenge, etc...). In such a caser, they can be a good arch-enemy
for a reasonable number of games sessions. After the GM decide if he dies or if he
will combe back sooner or later
BTW, I am surprised that nobody add the movie "Dark City" to the list of insp. Or
perharps it has been done before, but since I am new to this list, perharps I miss
it. In this case, sorry..
