Unfortunately,I have some problems with that book. First, it seem sto
emphasize the sex part of aLA a bit too much for my tastes and steers clear
of the occult stuff. There's no Watts Towers entry, no Venice canals entry
etc. However, the biggest omission, is that it dosen't list the Museum of
Jurassic Technology, which is one of the most "bizarre" places in L.A. and
one of the coolest museums in the world. I don't want to say too much, since
part of understanding the museum is experienceing it, but it's omission is a
significant problem for the book. If you're in the LA area, you should go.
