Whenever I hit "reply all", the list name appears twice in the TO: header.

I'd say around a 3 - about like cross-race dating if you were raised in a
racist home.  If it's a serious law, or if you're breaking the law AND
hurting someone/something important to you, then it would go higher, of
course.  But chacon a son gout: if you want to play it tight with the Self
checks, by all means do so.
