Using this ritual is no small undertaking. First, handwrite backwards a book at
least 200 pages in length (it helps to write in really big letters).

Is there a pornomancy spell that does something like this?

Not that I know of.
A few questions:
What if the victim wants to research the caster? Will he still receive bits of
 information about the caster in the noise? And how obvious is this 
information about the caster? Will the victim receive the FBI's files on the
 caster? The caster's website? Sites about books written by the caster (eg
 www.deadharlotsofthewesternsky.com, or alt.books.dirkallen, or whatever)?
 Or is it more vague, like poetry with clues to the caster's whereabouts?
