[TRNSYS-users] trnViewBUI distorted building model

Cem,

  I have not run into this kind of problem before. However, the *.idf 
looks fine. One thing you might try is to open the *.b18 file in 
TRNBuild and select "export Trnsys3D file..." from the File menu. That 
will create a new *.idf file based on the geometry that TRNBuild 
understands. The distorted view looks as though one of the wall vertices 
might have gotten written incorrectly. Once the new *.idf is created 
open it in SketchUp; if the building is distorted then try reimporting 
the original *.idf (the one you attached) into TRNBuild.
