[TRNSYS-users] trnsys on multicore/multiprocessor machine

 Hi,
It is possible if you set the correct command line in the loop however you need to specify a maximum number of trnsys exe run (TRNExe64.exe) in your task manager for example 4 or 8 based on your computer core specification otherwise it will open too many trnsys exe run and your computer will hang after a while. The exe runs will run simultaneously and whenever one finished another exe one will be replaced so you will have 4 or 8 exe runs at the same time till you reach your desired number of runs. Q: How can I run TRNSYS (perhaps from another program or batch file) and avoid having to click 'Continue' or 'Yes' at the end of each simulation?

I have access to a multi-core/multiprocessor PC and I have an individual license of TRNSYS. I need to launch TRNSYS many times (via os.system in Python) which is very time consuming.

  
 
Question : is it possible, in the goal to reduce computation time, to launch simultanously several trnsys.exe.
