[TRNSYS-users] Editing an existing Trnsys Component

Hello There,

I am using TRNSYS18 and I am in the process of editing an existing
component. What I did was I used the type studio to compile the changes I
made and create a dll file. In the documentation it talks about placing it
in the proper directory for the TRNSYS engine kernel to load it during a
simulation. I do not know where that proper directory or location is.
automatically the dlls files are placed in the userlib so that is where it
is right now and judging by the fact that i am still getting the same
results from the type during simulation, my new edited type doesn't get
loaded during the simulation. So my question is how do I direct the engine
to read my new dll file or where should I place it?
