Thank you for your fruitful advices and useful information.
I understand the truth of this problem exactly, and the suggestion from
Yasuda-san changing the region and language selection of OS is really
helpful.
Also, I tried to edit the ***.hol file directly by using text editor and
then I confirmed it worked without any trouble.
So, editing ***.hol file directly would be optional solution for this
problem to Japanese OS users.
