Amirreza,
If the air and water conditions at the inlet of your heat pump are
always outside the range of the performance map then the power and COP
will always come back with the same values. Of course it is also
possible that the performance map that you are using is set up in such a
way that the COP is always the same no matter what the inlet conditions.
The *.lst file may have some additional clues in it.
