[TRNSYS-users] Type 344b - Wind velocity

Hi,
I've wind velocity mesurments with my project so I need  to directly use them with type 344b.
Two parameters have been introduced to calculate wind velocity with this type :
- Height of wind velocity measurement (PAR 9)
-  Surronding factor (PAR 10)

Page 10 of the type's description, the relations used in the calculation are based on wind velocity measured at a height of 3m.
According to this and equation 21 of the same description, if I don't want to change the wind velocity as declared in input 3, I should affect 3m on PAR 9 and 1 on PAR 10
Am I right ?
