<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve wind velocity mesurments with my project so I need to directly use them with type 344b.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Two parameters have been introduced to calculate wind velocity with this type :

<p class="MsoNormal">- Height of wind velocity measurement (PAR 9)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Surronding factor (PAR 10)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Page 10 of the type’s description, the relations used in the calculation are based on wind velocity measured at a height of 3m.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">According to this and equation 21 of the same description, if I don’t want to change the wind velocity as declared in input 3, I should affect 3m on PAR 9 and 1 on PAR 10<o:p></o:p></p>
