Dr. Gupta,
TRNSYS 16 is at least 10 years out of date and isn’t supported anymore. Version 18 is the current version and contains many updates, additions and improvements. If possible, upgrade to 18 so that users here can help answer your questions. We also offer a component library for high temperature solar that may be helpful. But there are many different technologies included in your “solar thermal power plant” general category - what exactly are you trying to model?
