Prof Bina,
Type927 models an on/off heat pump that has a constant speed
compressor. In order to maintain a desired outlet temperature you would
need to use a model of a variable speed compressor heat pump that can
internally adjust its capacity. We have written such a model and it is
scheduled for release sometime later this year.
A double u-tube well can be modeled using Type557, which is in the
TESS GHP library.
