[TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS - Type 169 issue

Adrian,

I don't know if type169 will work with python3.5 or not.
Type169 is built with Python 3.6, so it is recommended to update to 
Python 3.6.

Also, the error occurs when Python36.dll cannot be referenced from 
Type169. The environment variable must be set to the path to Python36.dll.
