Umer,

If your simulation starts at hour zero then your choice doesn’t matter.  If your simulation starts on February 1st for example and you choose absolute then the first year will reset on Jan 1 and the first line in the output file will be for 11 months of data.  If you choose relative it will reset on Feb 1.  Make sure your printer is set up the same way.
