[TRNSYS-users] Using TRNSYS to build power cycle model

TRNSYS is a great tool for creating power plant models. But unlike many
other tools that make a bunch of assumptions about what you want to do,
TRNSYS allows you full flexibility when developing the model. The screen
capture you sent is somewhat difficult to understand - but if the user
had taken some time and used layers and different colored lines to
represent the different fluids and controls, it becomes very easy to
understand. It just takes a bit of time to make it more readable but it
is worth the extra effort! You can use colors on the lines to represent
temperatures or different fluids, you can group components on multiple
layers (an air layer, a condensate layer etc.); lots of options.
