Hi Michele,

In those cases, there is usually at least one unnoticed weird input or
parameter in the deck. I would try to isolate it by ploting dck results:
for instance, the operative temperature can be wrong due to ambient
temperature or some radiant temperature. Plot all them, identify the
offending ones, and so on, by plotting the inputs to the types or zones
that are giving you the wrong results. Hope it helps, regards
