[TRNSYS-users] Convection coefficient : hOutside

Hi,

In the example about the use of type49 (TRNSYS17) I found this correlation for calculating outdoor convection coefficient :
hOutside=MAX(0.01,(8.23+4.00*WindSpeed-0.057*WindSpeed**2)*3.6)  !kJ/h.m2.K

Is there any reference for this formula ? Are there some other formulas to be used with WindSpeed variable ?
