Farhan,

   If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you look at 
the documentation for that component (in ..\TrnsysXX\Tess 
Models\Documentation\06-HVACLibraryMathematicalReference.pdf). It will 
give you a bit better idea what those effectivenesses refer to. Some of 
the references in the documentation may give you some hints as to how to 
estimate them. If they don't then I would suggest that you change the 
default values by a certain percentage and see if the results of your 
analysis change significantly or not. In essence, check the overall 
model's sensitivity to those values. If the model is insensitive to the 
values then don't worry too much about getting precise values for them.
