[TRNSYS-users] Fan Coil with Water Tank

Alice,

Three possibilities are worth checking. First, put an online plotter
on the tank, heat pump, and return water. Plot mass flow and temperature
into and out of the two ports in the tank so that you're absolutely
certain that there isn't a small flow going on when there should not be.
Second, make sure that the capacity of the heating elements in the tank
are all set to zero so that there isn't any auxiliary energy going into
the tank. Third (and I doubt that this is contributing) make certain
that the questions about how many nodes there are in the tank are all
answered correctly. This question appears in different forms on more
than one of the Type4 proforma's tabs. In some places you are asked how
many nodes there are while in other places you are asked how many nodes
there are in addition to the top and bottom nodes.

kind regards,

  David
