Dear Jeff,

Thanks Jeff, but I had already checked the path, file size and the contents
of the external file. The file does have 100 data points.
In parameters, the number of data points is defined as 10 each for
transverse and longitudinal incidence angles (0 to 90). So no issues there.

Anything else that could be wrong?
