Riccardo,

   there is an example of its use located in: ..\Trnsys17\Tess 
Models\Examples\Individual Components\HighRiseWithPCM\ that includes 
ModelingNotes(PCMHighrise).pdf. Hopefully the example in addition to 
..\Trnsys17\Tess Models\Documentation\TESS Individual 
ComponentsType1270(PCMWallLayer).pdf will give you an understanding of 
how the model is implemented. If you are still having trouble then 
please do not hesitate to contact the distributor from whom you 
purchased the Type.
