[TRNSYS-users] star matrix error

Dear all,

I have a project TRNSYS model of a ground source heat pump for building cooling. I used a type56 multi-zone building to model a building, when I start simulation a TRNSYS is brake and show report on list file

"the star matrix is singular and cannot be solve
reported information: Star matrix is singular"


Did somebody experience this situation and how did you solve it? I would appreciate any help.
