[TRNSYS-users] Question on Type 15-1 (TMY Weather file)

Mohammad,
  The simplest way would be to define two equations one of which has a 
value of 1 during the time period when you want to allow cooling and the 
other of which has a value of 1 during the heating time period. For example:

isSummer = AND(GT(TIME,3000),LT(TIME,5000))
isWinter = 1-isSummer

You then connect the result of these equations to the appropriate heat 
pump inputs. The above equations would allow cooling between hour 3000 
and 5000 of the simulation and would allow heating at all other times. 
You have to be a bit more careful with your equation if you want to run 
multiyear simulations.
