[TRNSYS-users] How to create new component using FORTRAN in TRNSYS, please mention the step by step procedure

Dear TRNSYS User,
I am designing a new component in TRNSYS 17 using Fortran (silverfrost FTN95 or Simply fortran) but unable to create a dll file as given in programmers guide.

Kindly help me with step by step procedure and suitable example please.
