[TRNSYS-users] end of file error

Suhrid,
Usually what has happened in a situation like this is that you ran
the simulation once in a new place and it didn't find a file that it was
looking for. Unfortunately when TRNSYS doesn't find a file that it
thinks should exist, it creates a blank one. Then the next time you run
your sim, you get an "end of file" error.

Check the location of the file and look at the file size; its
probably 0KB. You can delete it and find the file in the original
location and move it over.

The best way to avoid problems like this is to always code the full
path to the file in the external files tab (starting with the drive
letter as in c:\Trnsys17\MyProjects\... etc.)
kind regards,
  David
