Nguyen,
Look at the ground temperature and other boundary temperature inputs
to Type56. If they are not connected from the outputs of other
components and have an initial value of 0 then that would explain why
the temperature in your building is unrealistically low. If you are not
able to determine the cause of the low temperature then you should send
your project (*.tpf and *.b17) to your distributor for assistance.
