Mr. Mounir,
There is not really enough information in the picture to determine
whether or not you have connected the components correctly. I would
recommend that you contact your distributor for assistance.

PS one hint that I can give you is that you do not need to use two
instances of Type109; you can send the outputs of a single Type109 to as
many components as you need.
