Dear trnsys users,
I have modelled a solar absorption cooling system supported by an auxilliary heater. The system seems to run ok but the solar fraction gets higher with decreasing collector area, which is not ideal. I connected the fluid output from the collector to the auxilliary heater input then tried to control the heat input to the fluid. There seems to be a problem, I'ld appreciate if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks. I've attached the files.
Talib.
