Dear Dakhli,

type107 is a performance map type, i.e. you have to supply a table with 
(steady state) operatingg conditions from which the type takes its 
current performance (including interpolation).
When you use a calling function like calling EES, you have your chiller 
modelled in a different environment (here the Engineering Equation 
Solver). There you can have for example an advanced physical model, 
which might be hard or impossible to program in sequential fortran code 
as used for TRNSYS.
