Damien,
   The easiest way to add or removed energy from a liquid stream is with 
the equation Tout = Tin + q/mdot/Cp.

   I'd save the Excel data into a text file, read it with a Type9 data 
reader and pass the result into the equation. Energy addition to the 
liquid stream would be a positive value of q. Energy removal would be a 
negative value.
