[TRNSYS-users] KWh /m2 / year

Hi All, 

I am simulating a Cooling System:   TYP92  with TYPE56

I stored the energy removed in KWh  in an excel sheet for every hour (simulation step)
 

QCool in KWh =QCool  KJ/h/3600

 

how do I calculate using the output I am attaching the cooling
energy in :  KWh /m2/year Cooled area:  330 m2 (what happens if the simulation step is 0.5 hr instead of 1 hour) Thanks in advance..
