[TRNSYS-users] solar time or local time?

Dear TRNSYS User, 

I connect type 54 with type 16. I want to get result in local time. Can I
set parameter 9 to positive so that the seventh parameter is used?

Another Question:  Is the Time used in Type 15 (TMY2) solar time or local
time?
