[TRNSYS-users] Radiation interpolation with Type16

Dear users

 

I have noticed a strange behavior of radiation interpolation performed by
Type16 for the last hour of the day.

The screenshot below illustrates the comparison of the 2 following
calculation schemes for direct and diffuse radiation.

.          Suffix 15 : TMY2 file -> Type15 -> Online plotter

.          Suffix 16 : TMY2 file -> Type15 -> Text file (0.25h step) ->
Type9 -> Type16 -> Online plotter

The two radiation components seem to be truncated by Type16 during the last
hour of each day.

Can you think of any explanation?
