Mayank,
I would imagine that the required area would change depending on how
much sun there is at any given point in time. Since it is not possible
to change the collector array constantly in an actual built system,
normally the way a simulation would be carried out is to do some hand
(or Excel) calculations to determine the area required at a predefined
solar condition (maybe at peak solar availability, maybe some average
solar availability) and then to run the simulation with that area. If
the hand/Excel calculations aren't working, you could do trial and error
- choose an area and see if it meets the absorption machine's
requirements. If not, increase the area.
